THE GROUND RULES

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms describe use of KawaGod, a personal creator-management and analytics sandbox operated by the owner of @kawa_god. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Personal sandbox use

KawaGod is an experimental tool intended for the owner's own TikTok account. The current scope is read-only profile and video engagement statistics. It is not offered as a public account-management service, and the information website does not yet connect to TikTok.

Account authorization

You must own the TikTok account you authorize and grant access through TikTok's official authorization process. You may revoke access through TikTok at any time. Do not use the app to access another person's account without permission.

Availability and accuracy

The sandbox is provided as available. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, complete statistics, or error-free operation. TikTok may restrict, delay, or change the data available through its APIs. Features may change or stop during development.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your account, your content, and your use of retrieved information. The current app does not publish content or send automated comments. Any future posting functionality would require separate authorization and updated disclosures; you would remain responsible for content posted through it.

TikTok and third-party services

Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. KawaGod is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Privacy and contact

See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled. For questions about these terms, contact kawagod7337@gmail.com.
